Tokyo

The Biggest City in the world! Tour famous bustling parts of this giant city such as Shibuya, Harajuku and Ginza, The Imperial Palace, ancient Asakusa and Sensoji-Temple. We will travel through Ryogoku and visit training Sumo Wrestlers in their stables, working to become the best in their unique martial art. We will also explore the city limits, visiting the industrial regions of Kawasaki where you will be able to practice your night photography.

Kyoto

Tour the famous old capital of Japan, known locally as The City of Ten Thousand Shrines. You will have the oppourtunity to visit and photograph old Japan, we will have a Maiko accompany us to lots of the famous sites around the city such as the Golden Pavilion, Kiyo-Mizu-Dera, Ginkakuji and the narrow alleys of the Gion District.

Hiroshima / Miyajima

A trip to west Japan would be incomplete without a stop at Hiroshima / Miyajima. The Famous Red torii gate of Itsukushima shrine standing proudly out of the ocean, as the guardian of this small and scenic island. Hiroshima is a very moving place and the monuments of the Atomic Dome and Peace museum offer a unique oppourtunity ro reflect, and capture some photos of history. 

Kanazawa

In Kanazawa we will experience one of the top 3 gardens in Japan. This unique town still has authentic tea-house district, complete with Geisha and an amazingly restored Castle. This city has recently become more accessible due to the new bullet train services, and is a rare oppourtunity to explore the Real Japan, off the often photographed tourist trail.
